This is the process we follow when quoting or taking orders

Step 1

Choose Apparel

You can either supply your own apparel that you have purchased elsewhere or you can choose from our pre-qualified list of blank apparel wholesalers. You will find the list at the bottom of this website in the footer area.

When you have chosen your desired apparel copy the url (link) and save it as you’ll need this when placing your order.

Step 2

Create Order

To make the process easier, please use our order form. Here is the link.

Ensure your order includes:

Apparel link (url) or tell us if you are supplying your own apparel
Qty ordered
Sizes (check sizes on apparel website page)
Colour of apparel
Upload Design to Quote Form
Design Placements (front chest panel, back, sleeve, etc)
Tell us any special details about your order
Delivery Address & Full Contact Details
Delivery Date

Step 3

Upload Artwork

If you have artwork that we can use (.ai, .eps, .pdf) then please upload it with your order form. If your artwork is not in any of these formats then we will have to redraw it for you. If the artwork takes us less than 15 minutes then there is no fee. If it takes us longer then we will charge $55/hr.

Step 4

Submit Order

Once you have completed the online order form and checked your artwork then submit it electronically. If you are having trouble then please call us on 0422 190 683.

If your artwork is too big then we suggest using www.wetransfer.com

Step 5

Quote Creation

Once we have received your quote/order form and your artwork we will begin the quoting process. It is important that you are detailed as possible. If you miss something off the quote/order form it may impact the quote.

Our quotes are valid for 30 days.

Step 6

Quote/Order Emailed

If we are doing a quote we will email it to you within 24 hours of receiving your quote request. If it is an order then we will send you a confirmation email with the final production specifications.

We will require an emailed response to go ahead with the quote or order. Once you send an email confirming the order we will require full payment upfront to commence production.

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Step 7

Production Commences

Once you have paid in full we shall order the apparel and commence the transfer production process. Small to medium sized orders usually take 7-10 days. Larger orders may take up to 3 weeks.

We will confirm a delivery date with you as soon as payment is received.

Step 8

Shipping

We will pack and ship your order the most cost effective way unless you specify Express Post or a Courier Service. Please place this on your order form.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you. If you require insurance please make those arrangement with us before you place your order.
